DogLingo is the easiest and most fun way to talk to your dog. It may take longer to load on some phones due to the large amount of fun phrases built in, but its worth the wait. Once it loads, simply scroll to the phrase you want and press the button to talk to your dog. If you love Talking Tom Cat, but also like dogs, we think youll love Dog Lingo.
